◆ Gently apply a cold compress to the treated area for 10-15 minutes at a time to minimise swelling and bruising. Bruising can also helped by applying Arnica cream

◆ Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water to help with healing and the support of the skins renewal process

◆ Avoid strenuous exercise, heat/sun exposure, swimming for 48 hours as this can increase sweating and affect the product used.

◆ Avoid spicy foods, hot drinks, smoking and alcohol as this can exacerbate swelling or bruising.

◆ Sleep with head elevated to reduce possible swelling, Change pillowcase to a clean one for the first night after treatment.

◆ Gently cleanse the area with a mild cleanser and pat dry

◆ Avoid Makeup for 24 hours to avoid infection, then use SPF 30/50 daily to protect the treated area from sun damage.

◆ Avoid active skincare products like retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid or Vitamin C for 3 days

◆ Avoid any other facial treatments for at least 2 weeks
